Saving money and less worry. What’s not to love?

Our latest tenant decided to move to one of our house shares because she was concerned about rising bills. She’d been renting a flat for many years and was quite comfortable but with the energy hikes on the horizon it was causing her considerable anxiety.

She came to see us to find out more about living in a house share. We were able to answer all of her questions and show her the vacancies we had available on our website. After seeing a vacancy she liked the look of, we arranged a viewing and she decided to move in.

She says that making the change for her was simple when she looks at the financials. Her new rent is less than her old rent plus council tax. She would have to pay gas, electric, water as a minimum on top of that. Now all of those bills plus broadband are included.

She says that the peace of mind in relation to the bills is such a relief.
