Short term home while waiting for house sale to complete

Neil and Marie stayed in a couple of our shared houses in the last six months.    They had been living in France and moved back to the UK to buy a property locally.   We helped them with accommodation when they came to stay in the area and house hunt late last year.   They spent Christmas with family elsewhere but then came back to Redcar while they waited for their house sale to complete.   They have been at our beautiful house on Henry Street for 4 months.  They got on well with the other tenants and felt at home while they started to put down roots in the area.  We wish them well in their forever home and were pleased to get to know them while they stayed with us.

Did you know we can offer flexible tenancies like this?  In fact we have another tenant doing exactly the same. He’s waiting for his purchase to go through so just needed somewhere for a few months. We are happy to help.
