The Wilton site, near Redcar, is home to one of the UK’s leading process manufacturing clusters. The 2,000 acre site provides a home for major business including SABIC, Ensus, Alpek Polyester UK, Huntsman, Biffa Polymers, Nippon Gases and Anglo Woodsmith. Many more smaller businesses in a variety of related sectors are based there too. We have recently provided accommodation to a range of graduates relocating to the area, often as their first post graduate job. A shared house can provide a useful starting point for someone new to the area. It offers a ready made option so the hassle of furnishing a property is taken away and our flexible approach also means that once the individual is ready to get their own place - then we can end the tenancy with no long notice periods.
