Travelling chef takes a break with us

One of our longer term tenants is leaving us on Friday to travel north to Scotland for a job on the Isle of Arron. He is a chef and his work has taken him all over the world. When he came to us for accommodation he wasn’t sure how long it would be before his next travelling adventure so he didn’t want to be tied into a long tenancy. He has also said that by having the bills included in the rent it has helped him to budget and to save up for even more travelling.

He moved into our shared house on Coatham Road last June as one of our first tenants and it’s been great having him. He’s been a really helpful tenant around the property and always a pleasure to chat to when we are at the house.

He said ‘ It has been a pleasure living here and dealing with you as a company and wish you all the very best in the future.’
