Property and Letting Officer Interest Form
We have a vacancy within our small team for someone to work across all aspects of the business. The main role will be to support the existing team in the management of our property letting business.
Tasks will include liaison with tenants and tradespeople so good communication skills are essential.
Part of the role is helping to manage properties so you must be willing to get involved in preparing rooms for new tenants which will involve cleaning, making beds and moving furniture as required.
Good administration is essential in managing our tenancies, recording rent payments and general administration within the office. Bookkeeping skills and knowledge of the accounts package Xero would be a bonus.
While general experience is required you do not have to have knowledge of the property letting business.
The successful applicant will be working in a small office in central Redcar.
We ideally want the successful candidate to work approximately 21 hours per week but we can be flexible.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, be able to work using their own initiative and have a can-do attitude. A willingness to learn is essential as is reliability.
Holidays 20 days per year (pro rata) plus bank holidays. Pension scheme. Salary to be discussed and in line with experience and ability.
