  1. Complete the form (If you prefer to give us this information over the phone please ring but read the terms and conditions first)

  2. Send us your ID
    Please supply a copy of drivers licence and site ID if available via email or WhatsApp/imessage on 07977421862.

  3. Make a Deposit

    An upfront payment of £150 is required to secure the booking.  This is refunded at the end of the stay on the condition that the accommodation is returned to us in a clean condition with no damages.  Any keys and parking permits should also be returned to ensure the full security deposit is returned.

    Please use your name as reference for any payment. 

  4. Important information and terms of service:

    • The bond must be paid to secure the booking.   Rent must be paid in advance on a weekly or monthly basis as agreed.

      Strictly no smoking or vaping.  If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts considerately and safely.  Evidence of smoking or vaping in the room will lead to the retention of the full bond.

      We expect shared house tenants to behave in a way which does not cause any disturbance or upset to other tenants. We reserve the right to withdraw accommodation if you cause problems in the property.

      The room is rented to you as single occupancy unless expressly agreed and charged accordingly.

      You are responsible for insuring your personal belongings while living at this property.

      This is not serviced accommodation.  You are responsible for keeping your room and the communal areas clean, alongside the other tenants.  Please respect the other tenants and clean up in communal areas as you go. We supply a cleaner for the communal areas monthly.  Their role is also to check the property and report any issues. 

      We do not supply towels, but we supply 2 sets of bedding for you to launder yourself.

      We reserve the right to come to the property at any time for the purposes of cleaning, general maintenance, and decorating/improvements etc.  We will not however go into your room without prior agreement unless it is an emergency.

      Please report any maintenance issues, breakages or items missing so we can deal with it.

      Your application details will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

      Rent is charged by the week. Part weeks will not be refunded.

      If you get locked out of your accommodation and need access, we reserve the right to make a charge, appropriate to the time of day/night and whether it is outside of working hours.

      If you leave any belongings when you move out we will let you know and keep them for no more than a week.

      We reserve the right to withdraw accommodation where terms of service have been broken.
