Commercial gas supervisor/engineer vacancy on behalf of Engineering Installations (Teesside) Ltd

What we are looking for?  

We require an experienced commercial gas engineer/supervisor to join our existing maintenance and repair team providing businesses and public sector clients with a first-class service throughout the north-east. The role involves travelling the north-east region servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems and other associated HVAC plant, along with maintenance of other equipment and associated tasks.

Engineering Installations was established in 1958 and provides secure long-term permanent jobs to our staff. Most of our staff have been with us years and enjoy being part of our small family. We carry out periodic servicing, repairs, and inspections on a wide variety of installations on estates, retail, hospitals, educational facilities, and government institutions. 

What do we do!  

·         Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across numerous sites. 

·         Ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date. 

·         Service, fault finding, and remedial repairs as required on a range of mechanical equipment, e.g., boilers, fans, pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s etc. 

·         Safe working practices with relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications.

Qualifications and requirements: 

·         Candidates will have a full driving license and the following ACS Certification. 

·         Award in Gas Safety Awareness for Supervisors and Managers Level 3 

·         COCN1       TPCP1A       ICPN1 

·         CORT1        CIGA1          COM CAT 1/2/3 

·         NVQ LEVEL 2/3/ PLUMBING / HVCA OR RELATED ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE
