Our Guaranteed Rent programme has been established to meet a recent need in the local market place - house sharing or multi letting.

The growth of house sharing

  • During 2018 it became apparent that there was an increase in demand for good quality lower cost accommodation with all bills included. This was from people coming to the area to work and for working professionals of all ages.

  • At the end of 2018 we bought a 3 bedroomed flat which we decided to use straightaway as a shared house. We had people lined up from day 1 who we knew from other parts of our property business.

  • We then converted a couple of 2 bed street houses into 3 bed professional house shares. We filled these straight away. The occupancy levels in the shared properties is 95%.
